John Atherly Chief Financial Officer  Prior to joining Airbiquity in January 2008,
John served as CFO for both eMagin Corporation and Click2learn, Inc. Throughout his career, John has raised over $200 million in various financings
for his companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having completed transactions with a cumulative value of over $100 million.
In 2004, he completed the merger between Click2learn and their primary competitor Docent, Inc. to form SumTotal Systems, Inc. During his 14 years with
Click2learn, John managed the firm's finance and administration organizations, planning, budgeting, investor relations and financial reporting processes.
He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
