Laurence C. Seifert, Chairman
 
Laurence C. Seifert retired from AT&T Wireless Services (AWS) in September 2001. Previously he was AT&T's vice president, global manufacturing and engineering; vice president, communications products sourcing and manufacturing, manufacturing research; development vice president; and director of engineering at two of the Company's largest, most technologically advanced facilities, the Merrimack Valley Works in North Andover, Massachusetts and the Oklahoma City Works.

Seifert holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.
