Thomas W. Davis, Jr. General Counsel Tom has been practicing law in a variety of capacities for over 13 years. Tom is licensed in both Washington and Alabama. He is also an accredited Certified Fraud Examiner. Although Tom began his career as a litigator, he has since moved to advising clients on general corporate and business strategy matters including Commercial Transactions and IP Licensing, Employment Law and Risk Management. Tom rejoins Airbiquity in June 2007 after leaving in 2002. Prior to returning to Airbiquity, Tom was a Partner and Chairman of the Litigation Services practice at Moss Adams LLP. Tom holds a BA from the College of William and Mary and a JD from Samford University. previous next
