Kamyar
has over 14 years of experience in the wireless industry
where he has held several senior management and engineering
positions. He previously served as Airbiquity’s CTO and Vice
President of Engineering, where he was instrumental for
development and delivery of Airbiquity’s products into the
automotive market. Prior to joining Airbiquity, he served as
Vice President of Product Marketing for Netro Corporation
and the Director of System Architecture and Advanced
Technologies for AT&T Wireless Services. Kamyar played a
major role in the advanced technology development of AT&T
Wireless' fixed wireless technology and key member in the
design of AT&T Wireless' FWS voice and data network. Prior
to that, he held a number of senior engineering positions
with Motorola, where he designed and developed wireless data
products. Kamyar is author of several patents and holds a
B.Sc. in Computer Science from Washington State University.
