Airbiquity recognizes that individuals who conduct business with us value their privacy. You can visit our Web Site (“Site”) without disclosing personal information. However, in order to conduct our business and efficiently serve our customers, it is often necessary and desirable for us to collect personal information, and certain areas of the Site may be accessible only after certain personal information is divulged. This Privacy Policy Statement is intended to make you aware of and comfortable with our privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”).

Airbiquity's products and services are directed at an adult market. The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of thirteen (13) (“Children”). What Information Is Collected?

Airbiquity collects personally identifiable information, such as name, title, company, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, when visitors request to download certain materials from our Site; when visitors subscribe to our publication services; and when visitors place orders for our products and/or services through our online store front (when available). We also may obtain personally identifiable information from you when you respond to surveys or other business development contact forms on our Site.
In addition to collecting information through the responses you provide to us while visiting our Site, we also use a cookie, a small text file which attaches to your hard drive, to obtain information about visitors who request to download certain materials from our Site. Your unique cookie is safe. It cannot be executed as a code or be used to deliver a virus, and personal information is not gathered from them, or stored on them. In the event that a third party acquires Airbiquity, or substantially all of its assets, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
